You know I am very big on us boomers, and seniors, getting some sort of exercise. I also know that not everyone can do the same type of exercise due to mobility issues or illness.
Sitting around too much and getting very little exercise can be harmful at out age. It is clear, after all, that a sedentary lifestyle can have a negative effect on circulation.
